After-Sales Service

Hassia's After-Sales Service begins after delivery, assembly, and operational hand-over of the machine.

If problems or questions should occur, our experienced service engineers are there for you, worldwide, at any time. Using our unique control system, maintenance can be performed on the production plant from another location.

If required, we are on-site quickly – whether it should be for retrofitting, maintenance, or fixing service disruptions. Our network of service stations is always expanding. Larger locations with several service technicians are already established in Moscow, Shanghai and New York.

Service Team

If you need a spare part for your OYSTAR Hassia machine, you can contact our competent After-Sales Center around the clock. Required spare or wear parts are dispatched as soon as we get the order. The parts are delivered from either our location in Germany, or from locations in our worldwide distribution network – like Moscow, Shanghai or New York.
