Process Technology
OYSTAR Hassia always distinguishes itself as customer-oriented company. How we are very much careful about converting the wishes of our international customers, appear in the numerous special-solutions, that we could already realize.
In order to become just for the constantly climbing requests of the consumers after innovative products, our customers require ever more high-quality and more complex process and filling installations. Planning, realization and successful commissioning of such costly production installations requires a high extent at coordination and a clear definition of the interfaces. In order to support our customers with these tasks, we enlarge our product portfolio around the procedural installation construction.
We offer to it:
- Installation technology of the protection of the supply of a filling machine with the necessary additives and fuels, as i.e. the supply with steam, cooling and sterile water, compressed air and other gases
- Equipments for the cleaning and disinfection of a filling machine and provided process technology, beginning with cleaning pumps until to complete CIP stations.
- Process installations for the food-processing, i.e. filling and mixing stations for the addition of fruit-preparations:
- Yogurt thermizer
- UHT-processing equipment including sterile-tank and valve clusters to the aseptic product infeed
- Installations for the nearer filling machine surroundings, i.e. climate control units for a cereal filler or incubation and cooling chambers for set yogurt
Our accomplishment spectrum includes the validation of our machines beside it in form of aseptic tests, process production monitoring and optimization concepts for existing filling machines.
